You know protein is totally great to eat and keep in your healthy diet of course. Well what about on the outside of your body? Yes, I’m talking your face and hair! I am so big on making salads and crazy mixtures just for my hair and face. One of my favorites hair masks (also use for face) is this one. It’s a great combo and it feels so soft when you leave it in your hair for awhile! Oh my GOSH, it makes your hair soft, smooth, silky and healthy. Without of course breaking the bank, which is the best.

WHAT YOU NEED: 1 organic egg, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1-2 ounces of plain Greek yogurt
FIRST: Take a small bowl add in egg with Greek yogurt and pour in olive oil & mix very well.
SECOND: Put inside your fridge for about 15 minutes to become a little bit more of a thicker consistency.
THIRD: Take out of fridge, apply directly to hair starting from the ends to the roots (apply to slightly damp hair)
FOURTH: Wrap hair up in a towel and let sit in your hair for 30 minutes before shower.
FIFTH: Rinse out with warm water in shower and shampoo and condition as usual. Do 1-2 times a week!
