Well summer is here and it’s time for wearing cute shorts! And of course you are going to get your legs nice and smooth and pretty! Here is my own homemade recipe to exfoliate your legs. Use this from the top of your thighs all the way down to your toes. Don’t use on face for this is too harsh of a scrub. You want to do this scrub at least 2 times a week for healthy looking legs.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Take all these ingredients and mix them together with a little bit of water and go to the tub or outside and scrub it all over your legs! Front and back to upper thigh to feet. Let sit on for at least 2 minutes to sink in then wash off. Now take some coconut oil or a very thick lotion and rub it into your skin! Best results do this right before bed so you sleep with the coconut oil or lotion to soak in your body.
