Monday, enough said?


Why is it always Mondays are always the downer of the week? Maybe because we leave our fun weekend and back to work it is, usually with loads of stuff to get done. Well, try breaking the cycle on a Monday and do something fun or relaxing that you enjoy. Such as play a song that you really love, take a nice drive by yourself or with someone you are close with, watch a funny movie to remember to laugh, do a calming work out such as Pilates, or go for a calming walk with your iPod. All in all try to switch up your attitude towards the typical Monday, be motivated at work and set goals for yourself! I mean, making the best of your situation is always the best thing to do. It’s not the job or what you are doing that might not change but your attitude can change to be more positive!
