Carrot face mask – Gettn’ your vitamin A!

Carrots anyone? On your face maybe? Well, yeah! Think about it…if carrots are good for your insides by you eating them then you know they are good for your face as well. Actually they are great for acne and clearing the skin because they are full of so much vitamin a! So, here is a mask that you deserve to give yourself! I saw my favorite guru Michelle Phan do a great mask of this as well.

FOR OILY/COMBO SKIN:

Carrots (mash up in blender or use carrot juice 1/2 cup)

2 tbspoon of salt

1 tblespoon water (and/or honey is optional)

Mix all together really well – have a clean face and apply gently all over face and let sit for 15 mins then rinse off. Enjoy a fresh and brighter face!

FOR NORMAL/DRY SKIN:

1 tblespoon water (and/or honey is optional)

Mix all together really well – have a clean face and apply gently all over face and let sit for 15 mins then rinse off. Enjoy a fresh and brighter face!
